Can I choose food before I request a quote?
Yes. Tell us whether you’re thinking taco or queso taco trays, quesadilla trays, a party pack, breakfast, sides or drinks. The team will confirm portions, availability and pricing in your quote.
What if I’m not sure how many meals I need?
Choose “Not sure yet” for your planning range and tell us what you know about the gathering. The team will help with portions and your quote.
Can I ask about catering outside Reno or Sparks?
Yes. Include your city, state and venue in the request. The team will review service options and any travel charges before quoting.
Does sending a request reserve my date?
A request starts planning. Your date is reserved only after the team confirms availability, booking details and any required payment.
What should I do about allergies or dietary requests?
Add dietary requests to your event details and discuss ingredients or food allergies with the team before ordering. Ingredient and allergen suitability must be confirmed for your order.
How do I ask about an existing event or order?
Open Existing Event in the footer, then choose “Existing event or catering order.” Include your event date and order or quote reference so the team can help.
